Papa made this amazing rocking horse by hand for Lilly. It is beautiful and has an inscription on it that made me cry.

We started this blog to share in the amazing journey of our adoption. We began this journey two years ago when we felt an ever present tug on our hearts from God for orphan children in Africa. We knew that God had something big planned for us but were not sure quite what he had in store. We look back over the past couple of years and see His hand in everything that has happened to our family and know that the choice to adopt a child from Ethiopia was something He wanted. Life is hard for the millions of orphans in Africa but God has been so good to our family and we hope to share a little bit of that love with our new son.
